Playing all four seasons of college hockey has certainly benefited Stramel. A complete two-way player, he uses his size well to win faceoffs, kill penalties and has become a dominant offensive force. After centering last year’s Hobey Baker Award winner, Isaac Howard, Stramel has been the driver of the Spartans to a number three NPI ranking. He was named First Team all-conference in the Big Ten.
