One of the premier scorers in the nation, Scott Parse topped the college hockey scoring charts for a good chunk of the season.  His scoring exploits were well documented in the CCHA as he led the conference in scoring and presently his totals of 61 points and 41 assists both rank second in the nation (20-41 for 61 points in 41 games).  Averaging 1.5 points per game, Parse was a unanimous First Team All Star and was named the CCHA Player of the Year.  A draft of the Los Angeles Kings, Parse is a Business Management major and spends community time with the Maverick Read-a-thon program in local elementary schools.
