A brilliant second season of college hockey witnessed Hagens soar to the top of the Hockey East scoring charts due to his creative offensive skills. In addition to his Hockey East scoring title, Hagens was named First Team all-conference, a finalist for the circuit’s Player of the Year and a First Team All American. Hagens finished the season riding a 14-game point streak and earned points in 29 of his 34 games. He was a member of Team USA at the 2026 World Junior Championship.
- Finished with 23 goals, 24 assists for 47 points in 34 games – was tenth in the nation in points and seventh in goals
- Average of 1.38 points per game was fifth best in the nation
- Boston draft (1st round, 2025) and signed a pro contract with the Bruins
