Peter Geronazzo had a distinguished collegiate hockey career at Colorado College, where he played from 1992 to 1996. Initially joining as a walk-on, he became a key player and All-American. During his time, Colorado College achieved three consecutive regular-season titles in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association (WCHA) from 1993-94 to 1995-96. In his senior season in 1995-96, Geronazzo led the team in scoring with 69 points (36 goals, 33 assists) and was a Top 10 finalist for the Hobey Baker Award. He finished his college career with 178 points in 146 games, ranking him 13th on the school’s all-time scoring list at the time.

After his standout college career, Geronazzo played professionally. He began in Italy with HC 24 Milan and then returned to North America, where he spent five years with the Pee Dee Pride of the ECHL. While with the Pride, he was a consistent offensive contributor, helping the team win a regular-season title in 1999. He also had a brief stint with the Orlando Solar Bears of the International Hockey League (IHL) in the 1997-98 season. Geronazzo’s professional career concluded in 2002.
