What a debut season for Wyttenbach (Witt-en-bach) who climbed to the top of the national scoring charts. Possessing superior scoring abilities, he was tied for second in the nation in goals and fourth in assists, while leading the nation in points per game at 1.48. He was named ECAC First Team all-conference, ECAC All-Rookie Team, ECAC Rookie of the Year and was Player of the Year. He was also named a First Team All American.
