SCOTT FUSCO GAVE WOMEN’S OLYMPIC HOCKEY TEAM A PRE-SOCHI ASSIST

Bedford, Mass. – February 18, 2014 – Leading up to its departure for the Olympic Games in Sochi earlier this month, the USA women’s hockey team was practicing at the Edge Sports Center in Bedford Mass. and needed an extra practice forward.
It got a big assist from someone who’s been there: Scott Fusco, 51, a two-time Olympian and former Hobey Baker Award winner.
Fusco, who owns the Edge, practiced with the team for a month.
“It’s been fun to get to know them,” Fusco said, “and I’ve gotten in good shape.”
