Zack is a hard-working, dedicated member of the Cambridge Rindge & Latin boys varsity ice hockey program. He has been playing for the varsity program since he was in 8th grade, and has been a varsity team player for all five seasons.  The last two seasons, Zack has been the unanimous choice for captain by his teammates and coaches. On the ice, he leads by example, working harder than anyone each and every day, given a full effort both at practice and in games. He plays fearless and never gives up till the final whistle.  Off the ice, Zack is a pillar of the school and community. He works hard in the classroom just like he does on the ice. He is respected by school administrators and teachers, and is looked up to by peers of all ages.  In the community at large, he works with the local youth hockey program, and does other things to support the youth of Cambridge.  Zack is very much deserving of the honor of this award due to his great character as a player on the ice, and a person in life as well.
