Tyler came to our team as a small defenseman but was quickly thrown into the top mix of players. He was always a fearless player and even though he was smaller in size, he made it up in skill and determination. Tyler has always been eager to learn and play at the top of his abilities. He works hard on and off the ice. He cares about his grades in school, as he knows this is what will drive him into a future career. Tyler’s work ethic is second to none and will go the extra mile to ensure he is prepared.

During his senior year (current season) he was selected as the team captain for his character and on ice play. Tyler has always been a player to help motivate himself and his teammates. The players choose the captain, and this honor is not taken lightly. Being chosen by his peers speaks volumes about Tyler. There is no doubt in mind that he will continue to lead and motivate others in his future career.
