Simon is an incredible hockey player on the ice. He has unique skating and stick handling ability that allows him to play any position out on the ice. This season Simon took a leap forward when it came to leadership this season. He taught the younger generation how to compete day in and day out at a high level. He demanded more out of himself to show teammates what it takes. His leadership is deserving of this award.
