For 4 years, Shane has shown his ability as a gifted hockey player, outstanding student athlete and mentor, to younger players. His leadership qualities go far beyond the locker room, as he was always first through the door for training and first show up, to work with our youth hockey association younger players. He’s an outstanding young man, who has battled through injury, in his high school career, only to succeed and become the all time leading scorer in Northern Lakes program history. He’s a great teammate and captain. He’ll be one to watch on and off the ice, in the future. It’s truly believable that this young man will be successful, long after his playing days are done.
