Ryan was a good player when he first arrived as a sophomore. Over the last three seasons, he has developed as a player, as a teammate, and most importantly as a leader. He has seen the lows of missing the playoffs to the highs of winning a state championship the next season and now battling for a chance to compete for a second one. Through all of that, he remains as a calming influence in the locker room, a steady player on the ice, and a leader that is helping to build on a team first culture that he helped build over the last three season.
