Blake prides itself on having well-rounded, thoroughly-engaged, young men and women who aspire and achieve great things during their time at Blake as well as beyond. Ruth fits those characteristics perfectly. A three-sport athlete, a member of our Student Interactive Committee, and also actively involved in numerous outside organizations, Ruth leads by passion and by example. She organized our You Can Play hockey celebration last year and was recognized by both the Minnesota Wild and Whitecaps for her efforts. Players know that Ruth always works as hard as she can and brings a loud, supportive voice to the team as well. Her college destination is still to be determined, but no matter which school she attends, that school will be better for it.
