Michael is a great leader and started from the very first day he was selected as captain. He arranged for the team to do off season workouts which he ran and organized in the summer. He has a quiet demeanor about him, and gives his fellow team mates the confidence they need so they can play their best. Just all round great person and a pleasure to be a round.
