Matt has been a four year Ice Dog, he has shown his ability to be an inspiration to his teammates and to his community. He is a lead by example player both on and off the ice. Matt is a very coachable player and always does what is best for the team, not himself. He understands what his position with the team is and carries it out to the fullest extreme.
