The High School Character Award for our Girls division goes to Madison Nipper. Maddie exemplifies many characteristics found in every great leader. Her undeniable drive and determination was showcased throughout our season as she worked everyday to be the best that she could be. Maddie’s sportsmanship, work ethic and positive outlook helped make up the team chemistry as we bonded together and worked towards common goals. Often the most vocal Maddie continuously helped our team grow as she would bring positive feedback into every topic. She was not one to back down from a challenge and often led by example as she performed at the top level of the State. A 4.0 student while also competing in softball, powerlifting and cheerleading as well as playing Girl’s Hockey, Maddie’s grueling schedule did not affect her ability to give everything she had and them some to our team. A great asset to any organization, Maddie will continuously make a positive impact in anything she is part of…Casper Oilers #2 Madison Nipper.
