Luke McClintock is a fierce competitor, force on the ice, great teammate, and leader. Prior to the start of his senior year Luke underwent surgery which would keep him out of the lineup. Even though he would not be playing in the games he still attended every practice, team event, and game to support his teammates. Being on the ice every morning at 5:30 am shows just how dedicated he is to his teammates and our hockey program. Luke took on the role of mentoring the younger defensemen and his presence was evident every time the team took the ice. It is for all these reasons that Luke McClintock has been selected as the 2020-2021 Hamilton-Wenham Generals Hobey Baker High School Character Award recipient.
