His positive attitude, excellent work ethic and will to succeed, no matter how hard it can be has been an example of true character for all his teammates. That is why we select and honor Joe Gill, a player who has always given his best for the team, he has always done things the right way and has played through injuries proving that pain is temporary – pride is forever!
