Jake is a senior this year and while he has had many goals to achieve over the course of his high school career one was to be a team captain in his senior year. Unfortunately that goal was not realized as some of his fellow teammates were tapped to wear the C this year. While this could sour someone completely Jake has not let that happen. He has been a tremendous teammate and has supported them on and off the ice. He has come to the rink with a great attitude and hard work ethic. He has been producing offensively this year at a pace far greater than any prior season and even without a C on his jersey he has been a leader of this team.
