Jacklynn Jevning was selected for being a coachable player and captain. Waseca Hockey had many obstacles this season yet, Jevning was able to help hold the team together through her strength, teamwork and sportsmanship. Jevning was committed to her team and being a captain by leading when others may have felt defeat. Jevning helped lead the team in community events and fundraising efforts. Even through the obstacles the team and some individuals faced, she always had a team first attitude and played and lead unselfishly.
