Ian has been a leader on defense since he joined the team. He is a highly skilled athlete that plays in both 5 on 5 and special team situations. He has grown into a team leader by organizing off season workouts, setting high standards for his teammates, and expecting nothing less than 100% from other players and himself. Last season he as an honorable mention for the All-State award, as well as an all Federation Team winner and a selection for the Bowman Cup.
