Hunter was injured at the end of the Fall season in a game where we was hit which caused major damage to his spleen. He was in intensive care at U of M Ann Arbor Children’s Hospital for a week before returning home to start his rehab. He continued to come to practice and watch from the side until he was cleared to return in early January where he promptly scored his first goal of the season.
