Evan has been in the Laramie Outlaws program since he was in the Mite program. Every year he has striven to improve his game, dedicated himself to hockey, become a leader, and supported younger players in the club. Evan has shown the highest level of commitment to hockey, from off-season training to continuous quest for bettering his play. He always brings a smile, hard work, and determination to practices, games, and off-ice sessions. He has been a relentlessly upbeat clubhouse leader, and even in the face of adversity looks for positive outcomes. He has maximized his talent through hard work, effort, and an earnest dedication that is all-too-rare. He always volunteers for service activities, and volunteers several times a week to work with the younger age groups. As a high school senior this year, Evan took responsibility for running our skills practice for the 12 and 10-U players and did a terrific job. He was an overwhelming choice for Captain for the High School program and lived up to that responsibility every day. He was named all State in the A division (top division in Wyoming) this year, which was a direct result of his hard work and character.
