Ella embodies the words dedication and selflessness. Ella is actually from Pierz and drives to Little Falls each day after school to ride the bus to Brainerd for practice. This alone adds an extra hour or so to her day for hockey. She does the same on game days and has some long nights on her return after trips to Roseau, Warroad, Willmar, etc. There are not many young people with this level of dedication. Ella is a kid that has never once complained about her role on the team. Ella put the team first always, she has never wavered in this conviction. The younger athletes in our program become better people by having Ella a part of our team.
