Samuel is a student- athlete that is always respectful to the coaches, his teammates, and officials. He respects the game, leads with encouragement, and his teammates look to him as a positive motivator. He is unselfish and puts the team before himself. He shows up at every practice ready to better himself. Samuel is driven to succeed, but even more important to him, is his desire to ensure that his teammates are supported and having a positive experience. In his free time, Samuel volunteers to coach in the Learn to Play program & loves encouraging kids to develop a passion for the sport. It is a privilege to present the Hobey Baker Award to Samuel!
