Colin has been a leader on our 2016 team . He is our Captain but certainly not our most skilled player. He is a third liner and has accepted that role graciously. My first two lines are all under classman and he does a great job of keeping them well grounded . Not too high and not too low. He is very supportive on and off the ice . We have had two boys on our team who have lost their Mom ,including my son James. My wife died of cancer a year ago February 13 during the Hockey season last year. Colin has been so supportive and comforting to James during this most difficult time. He has been a brother to James and to Tyler Rudek who lost his Mom in May of last year. Classy kid with a big Heart
