Clare exemplifies what a student athlete leader is and I am proud to nominate her for the 2018 Hobey Baker Award. She has achieved the highest grades in her studies and volunteers in her community. She is a Captain on our team and leads by example every day. She will play any position asked of her and always steps up her game to match the opponent and is a very cerebral player that thinks the game better than most. Always supporting her teammates on and off the ice, she stresses and displays a positive attitude.
