Christo is a four year letterman. By team vote, he was chosen as team Captain for the past two seasons (& Assistant Captain – his sophomore year). His work ethic on and off the ice and team commitment provided the team leadership helping propel our squad to three consecutive seasons with winning records in our division. His scholastic integrity and work ethic is exemplified when he was awarded the Scholar Athlete Medallion for Winter Sports having achieved over a 4.0 GPA. He is a well rounded and humble individual and his achievements exemplify what this award signifies: Character Builds Excellence! Christo exemplifies ‘Hobey Baker’ in that he too is a consummate representative for the game of hockey as well as our team and school with outstanding sportsmanship as well as community leadership.
