Ben Getzen is a deserving recipient of the Hobey Baker award. He represents the character, attitude, desire and thoughtfulness that embodies the award. He is a great hockey player, a four year varsity player and team captain. He is a leader with a well rounded personality. He was voted homecoming king by his senior class. Ben also leads in the classroom with a cumulative GPA of 3.7. He works hard and competes at a high level, all with a smile on his face.
