Will showed great work ethic, determination to get to where he is today as a hockey player, frequently being the only player on the ice at times during stick and pucks, rat hockeys and any other ice he can find to improve his game. He would go above and beyond not only to improve as a hockey player, but to achieve scholastically. He took his position of captain seriously and led by example with his work ethic. He was always positive with his teammates and coaches and was well respected in the locker room not only because of his ability on the ice but how he treated his peers.
