Over the past four years I have been able to witness the transformation of Katherine becoming a true leader of the team. She is well respected and well- liked by her team members. Katherine has become an excellent role model over the past years, she has always shown up to every event on time and makes an effort to engage with all members of the team. Katherine has always been a team player, she has always been dedication to the team and is always working hard towards the team goal. Her commitment to her family, this team and her friends is unwavering. Katherine has done an incredible job over the past few months handling the responsibility of team as captain and continues to be an asset to both her team members and the coaching.
