She always has an encouraging word for her teammates and is unfailingly courteous to her opponents. She is easy to coach and is respected for her thoughtful, positive feedback. Kate frequently puts others ahead of herself, never asking them to do anything she wouldn’t do. She is deeply appreciated for her commitment and dedication to developing the best team possible. She has been active in volunteering with learn to skate, sled hockey, and is also as a student firefighter.
