I first coached Connor at age 10. I could tell right away that Connor was a great kid. From the beginning, he was alway very respectful, well spoken, great in the locker room and liked by all of his teammates. While attending high school, he also holds a job and shows strong responsibility and discipline. Connor also exhibits extremely strong academics and is very deserving of the Hobey Baker Award.
