Bailey is not only an outstanding hockey player, he is an incredible asset to the community.  Bailey has provided over 150 hours of community service in his high school career.  He is a leader on and off the ice that picks up his teammates when they need it and holds them accountable when the teams needs it.  He is in control of his attitude at all times along with displaying an unquestionable integrity.  He has a character that is unquestionably respected by his team and coaching staff alike.
