Zach Baird is a special young man and embodies the Hobey Baker Character Award. He leads by example every single day – on the ice, in our high school, and in our community. Zach understands the importance of being a team player and is a terrific role model for younger athletes this season. He has outstanding character traits and leadership qualities, and has continually lifted up his teammates throughout his time with the Mustangs. He is such a wonderful person and we will miss his coachability, strength of character, hard work, and positive attitude. Zach will be successful in whatever he chooses to do after his high school career is over.
