Will Ford joined us as a 10th grader and we knew right away he was a special person with high values, morals and character. Will was all about the hard work, and commitment to the team. This year Will is our captain and has brought back core principals to our team that had been lost through the years due to lack of leadership. Will always puts the team first and ensures the rest of the team is doing the same. In 16years of coaching, Will is one of my top three captains and leaders I have ever been able to coach. Will also gets the work done in the classroom with a 4.0gpa, and through events within the community. Will was an easy choice for the Hobey Baker Character Award.
