Travis is being awarded the Hobey Baker High School Character Award because he embodies everything the award stands for. He comes to the rink everyday with a smile on his face, willing to learn, he demonstrates good sportsmanship on a daily basis and is a wonderful mentor for the youth hockey players in the community.
