Toby has shown leadership and team collaboration for the many years he has been part of the Austin Packers varsity Boys team. He has a demeanor that many of the boys try to emulate on the team. He is very dependable and always early for practice and takes time to help players understand hockey system play. He has great initiative when ask to do any task on the ice and off the ice. His academics are very remarkable in so many ways. He has the ability to accept constructive criticism and use it to improve his hockey game for the betterment of the team. he has outstanding skills on the ice and off the ice which has led him to be a great captain for the Austin Packers Boys Hockey Team. His sportsmanship and scholastic achievements have been very encouraging for the hockey team. He is more than deserving of this award. Thank You Jeff
