Stephen is a true student-athlete who exemplifies many of the characteristics needed for this prestigious award.   His work ethic both on and off the ice is outstanding.  He puts academics at just as high of a priority as athletics, if not more.  He truly cares about his teammates and coaches and treats the opposition with nothing but class and respect.
