As a co-captain for the Pioneers, Shae leads with altruistic ideals. She is the consummate teammate leading not only with her words but also with her actions. Her maturity allows her to see beyond herself. She cares more about the team’s success than her own. She is one of the best captains I have ever had in my 20 year career.
Shae has the natural ability to connect with all players on the team and help them see their value on our team. She notices small details which leads to big results.
