I would like to award Sarina Perret this prestigious award.  I have had the honor of coaching Sarina for a number of years.  She is a very dedicated committed student athlete that strives for the very best in both.   Even though she has a difficult and time consuming commute, she rarely missed a team event, and never let it affect her performance at school.  With a team GPA average of 3.5 her grades are second to none    
Sarina represents herself, family and the sport of hockey with the highest degree of respect and integrity.  She leads by example, her work ethic is unrivaled and contagious to her team mates. Because of these traits Sarina was selected captain by her team mates.  
Despite numerous obstacles Sarina has overcome to play hockey, she remains humble and continues to share her positive outlook with all those around her.
