Sarah Montrose is a senior captain for the Rochester JML Rockets. What separates Sarah from the pack is her willingness to help others and put her team first. Several do this, but from Sarah it comes from her heart. She is a leader for her teammates and a role model for the young girls playing hockey in Rochester. Sarah is a top player in the state and is in the top 10 for points. She is an all-conference player and has committed to play hockey next fall at St. Kates University. Sarah Montrose is a quality kid who excels in school and in her community.
