Sam Hansen, a senor, was diagnoised with cancer right before the season started. She had one of the worst possible moments during her senior year, and she still showed up to most games and practices smiling and apart of the team. Even while going through chemo, she facetimed with the team and was the center of our world. She is the most amazing, dedicated, hockey player I have ever worked with.
