The coaching staff can”t think of a more deserving student-athlete. Sam Lindahl exemplifies all the attributes of Hobey Baker. He is one of our captains, who has displayed the leadership, character, integrity and dedication to his sport that exceeds our expectations. He is a once in a lifetime athlete and leader. Sam works very hard at his craft, providing a great example to the younger players on the team and in our hockey association. He is always to first to shake the hands of the major officials, and minor officials at our games. Sam is will go the extra mile to help out the coaches, teachers and friends. He is well respected around our hockey community, our school community and in our community of Oakdale, Minnesota. Very well deserving of this award.
