There are not many players I have coached who meet all the criteria of Hobey Baker like Sam. He is the ultimate leader and perfect team captain. He leads by example on and off ice. He has an amazing work ethic, the is always last one off ice, he leads team in locker room and is once other the most coachable players I have ever had. No one deserves this award more than Sam
