Sam has shown great leadership to his fellow teammates. Well-known around the high school hockey community by many other players, parents and coaches, I have never heard anyone say a negative word about Sam. He has been a two year captian because it’s evident in the locker room everyone is looking to him for leadership. He’s shown great sportsmanship throughout my two years of coaching him win, lose or draw. Seeing him grow into a senior I feel like he has just begun his leadership roles within his life.
