Ryan is the epitome of a team player. Ryan leads by example. He shows up every day with a positive attitude. In practice, if players aren’t executing a drill properly, Ryan steps up and shows his teammates how the drill should be done. Ryan takes direction well and is very coachable. If Ryan is given instruction during a game, without exception, Ryan will do exactly what the coach has asked of him.
