Ryan is currently a sophomore and has been a first line starter at any position he is asked to play since he was a freshman. Ryan has a relentless work ethic and is always called upon when there is a need for the extra push. Ryan is the example of a person that should be nominated for an award for hard work and dedication to the game, like the player the award is named after.
