I first began coaching Ryan Goodwin when he was age nine, and have had the privilege of coaching him every year since. Now that he is a senior captain, I realize that I have witnessed the maturation of a young boy into an impressive young man. I believe Ryan possesses many of the character traits of which the name Hobey Baker has become synonymous. Ryan has always demonstrated high levels of integrity, honesty, kindness, and courage. He treats everyone around him with respect and celebrates the success of his teammates.
