Rafael is a 2 year Captain, excels in his academics, and is a natural competitor. Rafa is coachable, has a “no quit” attitude and displays sportsmanship to opponents and respect for officials and coaches. Rafa is a worthy recipient of the Hobey Baker award and naturally exemplifies the concept that “character builds excellence.”
