Parker is a multisport captain, he is a person of true integrity who puts his teammates first. Parker lost his father at a young age and is the oldest of three children, Parker has had to mature faster than most and as a result as evolved into a very empathetic caring person who has modeled the behaviors that this award represents in every facet of his life.
